Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, item must be in it's original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.
Returns & Exchanges shipping costs are your responsibility as the customer unless other arrangements have been made by the Returns & Exchanges Department.
If item(s) purchased were clearance items or any other items(s) marked: "All Sales Final", there are no Returns or Exchanges on these items.
FREE items (for example value packs buy 3 get 2 or get 1 FREE) have no Return / Exchange policy. You will only be able to Return / Exchange the items you paid for.
